This free online resume builder lets you create a clean, professional resume directly in your browser — no account, no subscription, no watermarks. Fill in your contact information, work experience, education, and skills, then preview the result live and download it as a PDF using your browser's built-in print-to-PDF feature.
All your data stays in your browser — nothing is stored on any server.
How to Use Resume Builder
- Fill in your Contact Information — name, title, email, phone, and location.
- Write a short Professional Summary (2–4 sentences about your background).
- Add your Work Experience entries — most recent first.
- Add your Education history.
- Enter your Skills as a comma-separated list.
- Optionally add Projects or Certifications.
- Click Download / Print PDF, then choose "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog.
How It Works
The Resume Builder uses live JavaScript rendering to update the preview in real time as you type. When you click Download / Print PDF, your resume's HTML is sent to a new browser window and the print dialog is triggered automatically. Choose "Save as PDF" to download — no data ever leaves your device.

A software engineer fills in their name, title, and contact details, then adds two experience entries (most recent first) and their education. They enter skills as "JavaScript, React, Node.js, AWS" and write a two-sentence summary. They select the Modern template, click Download / Print PDF, and save a polished resume in under five minutes.

No. All data is entered and processed only in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server. Download your PDF before closing the tab, as data is not persisted between sessions.
Click "Download / Print PDF" — a browser print dialog opens. Set the destination to "Save as PDF" and click Save. Enable "Background graphics" in the dialog for the best visual result.
The downloaded file is a PDF. To make edits, return to the Resume Builder, update your details, and download again. The form is not saved between sessions, so keep the tab open while working.
Enter each bullet point on its own line. The tool converts each line into a separate bullet in the preview. Use concise action-verb phrases such as "Built REST API serving 50k daily requests".
Three templates are available: Classic (serif, traditional), Modern (clean sans-serif with highlighted section headers), and Minimal (simple, ATS-friendly). You can switch templates at any time without losing your data.
